Return and Refund Policy

Commandé Noir suits are crafted to order. Each piece is made with care after you place your order. Because of this, our return policy is specific to the nature of custom and made-to-order garments.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Custom sized or altered items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Email returns@commandenoir.co with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges for sizing are reviewed case by case. Email returns@commandenoir.co to request an exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email returns@commandenoir.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
